Amber D. | Accountant and Sales Associate


Rummele’s Jewelers welcomed Amber into the jewelry industry in 2004. Amber earned an associates degree in accounting from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in 2003. Her attention to detail, as well as her fabulous sense of fashion, has made her an extreme asset. While she may specialize in accounting and inventory control for both Rummele’s Jewelers locations she also is amazing on the sales floor. Amber has gone through multiple trainings including Cartier, David Yurman, Marco Bicego and Tag Heuer. Amber multi- tasks not only at work but at home as well with her 1 year old twins and her three year old son. Amber enjoys boating, hiking and spending quality time with family and friends.

Andy M. | Sales Associate


Andy joined the Rummele’s Jewelers family in 2001. When not hard at work at Rummele’s Jewelers you can find Andy walking his dog, biking, traveling or enjoying the outdoors. Andy is an integral part of the Rummele's sales and customer service team. With his outgoing personality, Andy has become a certified Pandora visual specialist. Andy's enthusiasm for Pandora has created a loyal following of Pandora clients. Andy has been formally trained with designer jewelry lines including A. Jaffe, David Yurman, Hearts on Fire, Marco Bicego, Mikimoto, Natalie K., and Simon G. While with Rummele's Jewelers Andy has also taken extensive training with Cartier, Michelle Watch, Patek Philippe, Phillip Stein, Tag Heuer and Marco Bicego.

Stephanie B. | Sales Associate


Stephanie has been in the jewelry industry since 2010. She was raised and homeschooled in the Green Bay area. In 2012, Stephanie graduated from Lee University in Tennessee with a BA in Vocal Music and a minor in Religion. In her spare time Stephanie enjoys singing, playing piano, shopping and spending time with her family. Stephanie is also an avid animal lover. In the Fall, she will be opening a performing arts studio for kids called Accelerando Studio.

Barbara S. | Sales Associate and Inventory Specialist


Barb has been a member of the Rummele’s Jewelers team since 2010 and she works in both the Appleton as well as the Green Bay location. Barbara graduated in 1988 with a B.S. Degree in Fashion Merchandising from the University of Wisconsin Stout. Barb has 15 years in retail management. Her natural love of fashion and jewelry has led her to a career in jewelry. Barb earned her GIA certificate in diamonds in 2000 and has attended extensive training with Cartier, Hearts on Fire, Marco Bicego and Tag Heuer. Barb enjoys walking her dog Clarice, traveling with her husband and shopping for the latest fashions. Barb specializes in making all of her customers a number one priority.

Elizabeth K. | Sales Associate


Elizabeth was born & raised in Green Bay. A graduate from Notre Dame Academy, Elizabeth has a BA in English, with a minor in Business from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. Elizabeth started at Rummele’s at age 14, and has been full-time since graduating in 2006. Her training and experience include off-site seminars at Hearts on Fire and Patek Phillipe. She has also participated in trainings by: A. Jaffe, Cartier, David Yurman, Marco Bicego, Roberto Coin, Rolex, Simon G, Scott Kay, and Tag Heuer. Elizabeth enjoys staying current with style and fashion. Elizabeth also enjoys practicing yoga.

Jane P. | Sales Associate and Inventory Specialist

Jane has been with Rummele's Jewelers since 1998. As a veteran in luxury sales, her sophisticated yet affable and down to earth disposition has been most complementary to our business. Her impeccable taste helps to create beautiful, current yet timeless looks for our clients in harmony with their own, personal style. In Jane’s time outside of Rummele’s you may find her in Boston or Milwaukee with her grandchildren or at home in the garden. Jane holds a Diamond Certificate from the Gemological Institute of America. Jane has developed extensive brand knowledge industry wide, participating in Cartier, David Yurman, Marco Bicego, Rolex and Tag Heuer brand training. Jane's attention to detail and her wealth of knowledge are some of the many reasons that she handles the inventory control at Rummele's Jewelers.

Venitta P. | Sales Associate and Inventory Control


Venitta felt very privileged to join the Appleton Rummele’s Jewelers team in 2005, and was extremely excited to work with designer jewelry in a family atmosphere. The jewelry business became a part of Venitta’s life in 1990. Venitta has completed the Certified Diamontology and Guild Gemology courses from the Diamond Council of America, and has had training in Inventory Control Management and visual merchandising. Since being employed by Rummele’s, she has received training in A. Jaffe, Rolex, Tag Heuer, Tacori, Philip Stein and many other designer brands. Originally from upstate New York, Venitta has lived in the Appleton area for 20 years, and in her free time, enjoys golfing, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Josh B. | Watchmaker
Josh joined the Rummele’s Jewelers team in 2012 as a watch maker. Josh is a 2nd generation watchmaker. At an early age, Josh sat by his grandfathers side to learn the art of watch making. He didn’t follow his footsteps immediately; it was after pursuing careers in Information Technology and as a Fly Fishing guide in Alaska. Josh graduated from St. Paul College of Watch making and Micromechanical Technology Diploma as well as attended the Watchmakers of Switzerland Training and Educational Program. Josh specializes in luxury wristwatch repair, service and restoration. Josh is an avid outdoorsman pursuing fishing, hiking, biking and traveling.

Michael M. | Goldsmith and Watchmaker
Michael M. joined the Rummele’s Jewelers family as head watchmaker and goldsmith in 1997. He began in the jewelry industry in 1970; he received his degree from Gem City College in 1980. Michael is a Master Goldsmith and a Certified Watchmaker. He has gone through intensive watch training with Rolex. Michael is a member of the American Watchmakers & Clockmakers Association. He specializes in watch making, jewelry repair and custom design. Michael spends his spare time with his family downhill skiing, gardening, fishing, camping and biking.

Rick M. | Goldsmith
Rick has been immersed in the jewelry industry since the age of 12 working not only at his father’s watch shop, but at another jewelry store learning the basics of jewelry repair. Rick followed his passion and continued his education in jewelry repair and stone setting at Gem City College. After graduating Rick joined Rummele’s Jewelers in 1982 as a Goldsmith. Rick is very active outside of work: Rick has been involved with the Green Bay Curling Club for thirty years as well as the local rowing club. Rick enjoys riding his Harley Davidson when the weather permits.

Tracy H. | Goldsmith


Tracy has been with Rummele’s Jewelers since the day the doors opened in our Appleton location in 2003. Tracy’s Jewelry career began after graduating from the Jewelry Repair and Fabrication program at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in 1998. She specializes in jewelry repair, stone setting, engraving, pearl re-stringing and sales support. Tracy has acquired additional training at Stuller in Lafayette, LA , Stubies Consultants in Wisconsin before joining Rummele’s and has since attended several bench jewelers conferences to stay on top of new trends, re-fresh skills and learn new techniques . She has received training in A. Jaffe, Cartier, David Yurman, Rolex, Tag Heuer, Tacori, Philip Stein and many other designer brands. Tracy’s passion for knowledge, her enthusiasm and credibility has made her an invaluable Goldsmith to our team. Tracy volunteers and participates in area Breast Cancer Fundraising events.
