Rummele’s Jewelers website can support orders up to $10,000. Should your order total more than $10,000, please contact us at 1-920-432-0664 to assist in the processing of your order.
Rummele’s Jewelers ships via the United States Postal Service or FEDEX. Once your order has been processed, it will be delivered to you according to one of the options listed above.

Special order or sized items ship via the method chosen on the day of completion or next business day. Customers will receive an email upon order processing with an expected ship date and a second email including tracking information on the date of shipment.
Delivery times are not guaranteed by Rummele’s Jewelers or its carriers. We do our best to accomplish the above stated targets and goals but cannot be held responsible for weather events that cause the carriers to be delayed.
If you have chosen In-Store pickup, you will receive an email indicating the order is ready for pick up. Please bring this email and a photo ID to the store for proof of purchase.
