Alex and I first met back in high school and started our relationship as good friends. When Alex went off to college in Utah after his senior year, we lost touch. We would occasionally run into each other through the years after that but little did I know that one message on Twitter from an old friend in 2016 would change our relationship forever...the rest is history.


Where and when was your proposal?

Alex’s grandma’s cabin in Door County on 05/29/2020.


How did he ask?

Alex proposed on May 29th at one of our favorite places, his grandma’s cabin in Door County. After an impromptu trip to the cabin and an amazing dinner at Glidden Lodge, Alex ran up the stairs when we got home and when I got to the top he was down on one knee with a playlist of songs from all of the concerts we have been to playing in the background. It was such an amazing moment that we will never forget.


Tell us about your rings!

Bree’s ring has pave rose gold band with a beautiful cushion cut center diamond and halo surrounding it.
Alex’s ring has a white gold center with rose gold detailing on the sides to match Bree’s band.
