Our proposal was on the balcony at View MKE in Milwaukee, WI.
It was 14 degrees outside. We had a group of friends joining us for drinks from out of town as the next day was our house warming party. Garrick had the idea for a group photo on the balcony. We all went outside and after the picture he kept me outside to look at the view of downtown Milwaukee. After a few sweet words before I knew it, he was down on one knee popping the question! He also surprised me with our family that was waiting for us under the balcony in the restaurant’s lower level. After I said yes, Roman candles starting going off in the neighborhood and the whole restaurant gave us a round of applause.
The Ring!
I have a tendency to be very indecisive so naturally I narrowed it down to three rings. Garrick didn’t want to settle however so he took all three rings and worked with Tracy at Rummele’s to put together the perfect custom style. It’s a beautiful oval diamond centered between two side round diamonds with a diamond studded twisted yellow gold band. It’s perfection.Best Wishes,
